PROOF OF RESIDENCE NEEDED FOR ALL STUDENTS!
Please send in to the office or email to [email protected]:

ONE of the following:

1. Most recent tax bill or proof of payment
2. Mortgage papers
3. Signed and dated lease and proof of last month’s payment (renters)
4. Letter from manager and proof of last month’s payment (mobile home residents)
5. Letter of residence from landlord in lieu of lease

AND

TWO of the following:

1. Driver’s license
2. Vehicle registration
3. Voter registration
4. Most recent cable/satellite bill and/or credit card bill
5. Current Public Aid statement
6. Current homeowners/renters insurance policy premium payment receipt
7. Most recent gas, electric, and/or water bill
